Pumpkin Bread, my way

moist and delic.

a culinary treat

no eggs

no dairy

can’t be beat!

Preheat oven to 350

pre grease 2 loaf pans or 1 9×13 pan

In a large bowl beat together:

2 3/4 cups sugar

1 cup light flavored olive oil

1 1/4 cups soy sour cream

2/3 cup water

1 16 oz can pumpkin

in a separate bowl 

mix together:

3 cups flour

1/3 cup graham flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsps baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1tsp nutmeg

mix the dry into the wet

pour into prepared pan/s

bake at 350 for 50 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean
